If you are an existing Electra Energy customer and you have received your first bill, you can access your account by registering here.
You will need your Account Number, as well as an email address to complete the registration.
Your Account Number appears in the top right corner on the front page of your Statement.

Please note: If you would like to continue receiving your paper bills in the mail, then please do not tick the
‘Send my bills to my email address’ box.
